  • All bookings must be made through our website, in person, or via our customer service representatives.
  • A booking is considered confirmed once we receive the required deposit or full payment, as specified during the booking process.

3.2. Payment Terms

  • Payment can be made using credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, or other payment methods specified on our website.
  • Full payment is required before the issuance of travel documents unless otherwise stated.

3.3. Price Changes

  • Prices for travel services are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, increases in transportation costs, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Once a booking is confirmed and payment is received, the price is guaranteed and will not be subject to increase.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1. Cancellation by Client

  • Cancellations must be made in writing and are effective from the date we receive the request.
  • Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the terms of the specific service booked.

4.2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed in accordance with the cancellation terms and conditions of the specific service booked.
  • Refunds for flights, hotels, and other travel services are subject to the policies of the respective service providers.

4.3. Cancellation by Company

  • We reserve the right to cancel any booking in the event of force majeure, insufficient bookings, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative arrangement or a full refund.

5. Travel Documents

  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and other necessary travel documents.
  • We provide assistance with visa applications and other documentation but are not responsible for the approval or denial of such documents by the relevant authorities.

6. Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical expenses, trip cancellations, lost luggage, and other potential risks.
  • We offer travel insurance plans for purchase, but it is the client’s responsibility to review and understand the coverage provided.

7. Health and Safety

  • Clients must comply with health and safety regulations of the destination country, including vaccinations and health checks.
  • We are not liable for any health issues, injuries, or accidents that occur during the trip.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We act as an intermediary between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.). We are not responsible for any acts, omissions, or errors of these third parties.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9. Changes to Itinerary

  • We reserve the right to modify or alter itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, political situations, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Clients will be notified of any significant changes as soon as possible.

10. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

  • Any complaints must be reported to us in writing within 30 days of the conclusion of the trip.
  • We will make every effort to resolve complaints amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through mediation or arbitration in accordance with local laws.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kenya.

12. Amendments

  • We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Clients are advised to review the terms regularly.
